Ms. Douglas spent eighteen years before founding Douglas Group as a CPA, with a practice heavily oriented toward strategic planning and merger and acquisition activities.  She served as an audit partner with Touche Ross & Co., a Big Eight CPA firm (subsequently merged to become Deloitte Touche), and later headed that firm's Merger & Acquisition Activities group from the St. Louis office.

Since founding Douglas Group in 1991, Ms. Douglas has directed numerous highly successful purchase and sale transactions, in a wide range of industries.  Ms. Douglas serves as Managing Director of the firm, and is personally active as a principal in transactional representation of clients.
