Mike joined Douglas Group in 2005, after already having 7 years' experience in merger an acquisition advisory work.  Prior to that time, Mike was a Retail Division President of a publicly held corporation where he oversaw the acquisition of over 35 smaller retail chains.  Mike is a CPA and is an experienced and savvy transaction manager, with experience in a wide range of industries.
